Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify protein analysis larvae of Aniskis sp. by Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate Polyacrilamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) technique.Samples of larvae Anisakis sp. taken from the gastrointestinal tract of striped grouper fish (Epinephelus sexfasciatus.) from the Brondong Auction Market (TPI) of Brondong, Lamongan. Larvae Anisakis sp. has been collected then crushed and added PBS to make homogenate and then synthesized and centrifuged at 5000 rpm for 5 min. The results of this study could provide scientific information for molecular weight protein from result larvae of Anisakis sp. which would be developed with the serologic diagnosis through examination of antibodies such as Western blot and ELISA. The results of identification SDS-PAGE of Anisakis sp. larvae. The protein profiles of Anisakis sp. were fourteen protein bands as follow 190, 188, 182, 177, 172, 84, 80, 60, 56, 55, 43, 38, 32 and 30. kDa.
