Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh environmental disclosure terhadap firm value (2) Pengaruh profitabilitas sebagai variabel pemoderasi dalam hubungan antara environmental disclosure dengan firm value. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 24 perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kategori LQ-45 periode tahun 2011-2013 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel melalui program statistik EViews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengungkapan lingkungan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (2) Profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi memperlemah hubungan antara pengungkapan lingkungan dengan nilai perusahaan.
