Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini menguji pengaruh total kompensasi, ukuran perusahaan, dan leverage terhadap dividend payout ratio pada perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda dan data panel. Data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan periode 2009-2012. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 52 perusahaan non keuangan dan 191 observasi dengan purposive sampling. Variabel dependen adalah dividend payout ratio. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah total kompensasi, ukuran perusahaan dan leverage. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah positif terhadap dividend payout ratio sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan dengan arah positif terhadap dividend payout ratio. Sementara leverage berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negative terhadap dividend payout ratio.
