Abstract
Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran yang diterapkan fungsi Industrial Fuel Marketing PT. Pertamina adalah Sales promotion, Direct marketing, Event and Experience, Personal selling. Strategi komunikasi pemasaransales promotion bermanfaat untuk maintenance hubungan antara fungsi Industrial Fuel Marketing dengan konsumen bisnis nya. Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran direct marketing merupakan strategi untuk mempromosikan produk IFM melalui media internet maupun telepon, agar efektif dan juga efisien.
