Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention melalui organizational commitment pada karyawan Hotel Grand Kalimas Syari’ah Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode pengambilan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 57 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial least Square (PLS) yang diolah menggunakan softwere SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention melalui organizational commitment dan job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention melalui organizational commitment.
