Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menyelidiki pengaruh ownership concentration dan growth opportunity terhadap corporate sustainability performance dan menyelidiki pengaruh corporate sustainability performance terhadap assurance engagement. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode pengujian statistik. Jenis data pada penelitian adalah data kuantitatif. Sementara itu, sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari laporan tahunan (annual report) dan standalone sustainability report. Laporan tersebut diperoleh melalui website dari masing-masing perusahaan. Hasil pengujian penelitian serta analisis yang telah dilakukan terhadap 97 sampel perusahaan yang melakukan assurance engagement atas sustainability report di 5 negara ASEAN yaitu Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand dan Filipina pada tahun 2013-2017, hasil menunjukkan ownership concentration tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate sustainability performance, growth opportunity berpengaruh negatif terhadap corporate sustainability performance dan corporate sustainability performance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap assurance engagement.
