Abstract

Resveratrol (3,4',5-trihydroxy-stilbene) merupakan phytoaleksin yang diproduksi oleh buah anggur (Vitis vinifera Linn) diantaranya varietas Probolinggo merah untuk mengatasi stress seperti infeksi jamur atau radiasi UV.
