Abstract

After the bankruptcy decision or postponement of debt payment obligations (PKPU) imposed on the debitor, then there will be further steps that need to be traversed for example in bankruptcy proceedings the next stage is the process of matching the debt, peace, insolvency and debt payments to creditors. In carrying out all these processes can be formed a committee of creditors formed from creditors. The creditor committee will be a bridge between debitors, curator or trustee (in PKPU) and creditors. The committee of creditors will fight for the interests of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings or the PKPU.
