Abstract

Latar Belakang: Prevalensi prolaps organ panggul (POP) bertambah seiring peningkatan usia. Prolaps uteri merupakan jenis kasus terbanyak di antara kasus POP lainnya. Meskipun prolaps uteri bukan merupakan kondisi yang mengancam nyawa, tetapi prolaps dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup wanita. Tatalaksana yang dilakukan, baik secara operatif maupun non operatif dapat mempengaruhi fungsi reporoduksi atau seksual.Tujuan: menganalisis perbedaan skor fungsi seksual pada pasien prolaps uteri antara terapi operatif dan non-operatif. Metode: Studi observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada pasien prolaps uteri di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya selama tahun 2020. Karakteristik pasien dicatat dan fungsi seksual wanita pada prolaps uteri yang diukur dengan kuesioner Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI).Hasil: 30 subyek ditempatkan pada 2 kelompok penelitian. Umur responden berkisar di antara 51-60 tahun (43%), kejadian prolaps uteri derajat III sebanyak 18 orang (60%) dan tidak ada yang menderita prolaps uteri Derajat I, nilai median fungsi seksual kelompok operatif adalah 16,6 dan kelompok non-operatif 19,0 dengan skor domain desire p=0,211.Kesimpulan: Secara data, tidak terdapat perbedaan skor yang bermakna antara fungsi seksual pasien dengan terapi operatif dan terapi non-operatif.
