Abstract

During the Asia Pacific war, Asano Akira published several print matter to support collaboration between local Indonesian people and Japanese. Asano Akira Asano Akira writing on the image of native Indonesian was also constructed based on the concept brotherhood, which was usuall.v applied on the" Great Asia" discourses.The similarity of Asian identity laid the base for arguments to depict the relationship between Japanese and Indonesian. This paper observes the Asano Akira propaganda activities and triting about Indonesia during Japanese occupation.
