Abstract

Unsafe action or unsafe behavior is behavior carried out by workers who are not in accordance with work procedures that pose a risk of problems . One example of unsafe behavior is carrying out work outside the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) because of the behavior of workers who do not apply SOP. The research objective was to analyze the effect of Personal Factors and Job Factors on SOP Compliance ( unsafe action ) based on the ILCI theory on workers in the company. This type of research is observational, with a cross-sectional design . Data collection was carried out at the Company from March to April 2020. The population in this study were all workers in the rotary product production section of the Company, amounting to 360 workers . The sample in this study amounted to 187 respondents counted by simple random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that , the company has a policy relating to occupational safety and health in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 Year 2012 on Management System Health and Safety. The most personal factors in the company are the 41-49 years age category , the 9-15 year work period category, the most high school education category, the knowledge category is the knowledgeable category. The results of statistical tests show that personal factors consisting of age, years of service, education, knowledge of K3 each have an influence on SOP compliance ( unsafe action ) in the company. Variables Job Factors consisting of K3 Supervision and Social Support each have influence on Compliance SOP (unsafe action) in the company. The simultaneous analysis shows that education, knowledge of K3 and OHS supervision affect SOP compliance ( unsafe action ).
