Abstract
During the internship as intern in great company, the writer gol precious experience working such as knowing to handle customer's airport, knowing how to solve problem in a short time, used to know English accents from native speaker, learned about responsible and take a risk for statements information while faced with international passengers. Moreover, the writer also improved the language skills and gained the knowledge's from college. The first with statement of problem in communication while handling the customer's airport need a good communication and good a l solving a problem. Good communication is doing the communication verbal and nonverbal at the same time, which is handling to the customers with all aspects communication as the writer mentioned before while handling the customer's problems. Besides good communication, also need good at problem solver which is in the previous chapter that used Google Translate to be tools for handle the customer in different language.
