Abstract

This study investigates women's risk averseness when they are on corporate boards in the context of a firm's use of debt policy. The sample in this study were 135 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2019 and used quantitative methods with purposive sampling method. Data processing program in this research is multiple linier regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). DER used for the measurement of debt policy. The end, the conclusion in this study was the presence or absence of women as directors of the company had no effect on debt policy.
