Abstract
Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh leader trust terhadap employee voice perawat di RSUD dr Soegiri Lamongan. Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh participative decision making, informing dan coacing mampu memoderatori leader trust terhadap employee voice perawat di RSUD dr Soegiri Lamongan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perawat di RSUD dr Soegiri Lamongan yang berjumlah sekitar 600 perawat. Teknik pengamblan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel sebesar 240 perawat di RSUD dr Soegiri Lamongan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi moderator menggunakan PLS. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif leader trust terhadap employee voice. Participative decision making, informing dan coacing mampu memoderasi secara positif pengaruh antara leader trust terhadap employee voice.
