Abstract
Health promotion in the workplace is an effort to develop a healthy workplace with maintained and improved the health status of workers and their environment. The existence of a workplace environment that provides health problems such as a psychosocial environment at work needs to be considered. The psychosocial environment itself is a social hologically, physically and also the wellbeing of workers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors forming the psychosocial environment and health promotion efforts that can be done at 54.601.16 Pertamina Gas Station. This research was a descriptive study using kuantitaif method and crosssectional approach. Research respondents consisted of 30 workers at 54.601.16 Pertamina Gas Station. The results showed that there was strong relation between organizational and work content factors. Furthermor, lack of health promotion at SPBU Pertamina 54.601.16.It is suggested that the workplace management to improved helath promotion by being commited to improving the health and wellfare of their employee, give some health information in the workplace, and undertake some activities may increase interpersonal and leadership chumminess
