Abstract
Ditengah arus digitalisasi ekonomi global, sementara negara -negara lain kesulitan beradaptasi China dinilai muncul sebagai kekuatan utama ekonomi digital global dengan keunggulan di bidang e-commerce, fintech dan merupakan rumah dari sepertiga startup unicorn global. Sejumlah kebijakan-kebijakan dan strategi penting dijalankan untuk mendukung proses digitalisasi oleh otoritas pemerintah China dengan menggeser proses, model bisnis dan industri lama yang berbasis sumber daya fisik. China sedang mengalami proses pergeseran ekonomi berbasis sumber daya menuju berbasis pengetahuan melalui ekonomi digital. Dari proses penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ada dua alasan utama dalam proses ini. Pertama, sebagai upaya mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi baru walaupun dengan mendisrupsi model lama. Kedua, China berupaya dalam kompetisi teknologi global dan telah bergeser dari ekonomi berbasis sumber daya ke ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan. Koompetisi teknologi dengan inovasi pada sektor penting ekonomi digital adalah prasyarat baru kekuatan global dalam dunia internasional
