Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pegaruh corporate governance, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan pemerintah (BUMN) dan cash holding. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cash holding dan variabel independent yang digunakan adalah dewan komisaris, dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan pemerintah (BUMN). Penelitian ini menggunakan sample data dari 90 perusahaan dalam sektor non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2019 dengan jumlah observasi 520. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang didapatkan ukuran dewan komisaris negatif tidak signifikan, komisaris independent dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif signifikan dan kepemilikan pemerintah (BUMN) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap cash holding.
