Abstract
Latar belakang : Indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) menjadi gambaran bagaimana SDM yang unggul. Stimulasi murotal selama tumbuh kembang terbukti meningkatkan pertumbuhan sel pada tumbuhan. Tujuan: Menganalisis perbedaan jumlah sel neuron di cerebrum cerebellum Rattus norvegicus baru lahir antara yang mendapat stimulasi murottal quran surat Ar-Rahman suara Qori dan Qoriah pada kebuntingan hari ke-6 Metode: Studi eksperimental dengan desain post test only control group. Kelompok perlakuan dibagi menjadi kelompok murotal quran surat Ar-Rahman suara Qori dan suara Qoriah. Perlakuan di ruang kedap suara selama 1 jam pada malam hari mulai hari ke-6 hingga 17 hari kebuntingan, intensitas 65 dB dengan jarak 25 cm antara kandang dan speaker. Jumlah sel neuron dihitung dari preparat pewarnaan Hematoxylin-Eosin otak anak Rattus norvegicus dan dianalisis dengan statistik yang sesuai
