Abstract
Guncangan yang sangat berat akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19 melanda Indonesia dan provinsi Bali menempati posisi ketiga dari ke-34 provinsi di Indonesia dengan peningkatan lebih dari 100 persen atau dari 2 menjadi 13 orang terkonfirmasi positif. Pada bulan Agustus hingga September awal Provinsi Bali menjadi provinsi dengan zona merah terbanyak di Indonesia yaitu sebanyak 8 kabupaten/kota.Kondisi tersebut yang melatar belakangi mengapa penelitian mengenai pemodelan kasus Covid-19 di Provinsi Bali perlu untuk dilakukan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Time series metode Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity(GARCH) yang menjadi salah satu metode yang dapat mengatasi masalah heteroskedastisitas dari variansi residual dalam analisis data time series. Data diperoleh dari website resmi Dinas Kesehatan provinsi Bali berupa data harian konfirmasi positif Covid-19 di Provinsi Bali sejak 24 Juni 2020 sampai dengan 26 September 2020. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan modela yang terbaik adalah model ARIMA(0,2,1)-GARCH(1,4).
