Abstract
Tetralogi Fallot (TF) merupakan penyakit jantung kongenital sianotik yang sering ditemukan dengan tingkat insidensi tiga dari 10.000 kelahiran hidup (7-10% dari semua penyakit jantung bawaan). Koreksi total masih menjadi pilihan utama pada kasus TF. Hal utama dalam evaluasi setelah dilakukan tindakan koreksi total pada kasus TF adalah angka mortalitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan faktorfaktor perioperatif yang dapat mempengaruhi mortalitas pada pasien TF paska koreksi total selama perawatan di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Penelitian retrospektif kohort ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medik pasien di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya.
