Abstract

Sales Information System Of Bagus Store Sidoarjo is a web-based system. The purpose of this Final Project is to create a system that can help the existing business processes in Bagus Store Sidoarjo, so it can becomes easier, more efficie nt, and minimizes the occurrence of errors. This system handles 4 processes. They are Data Processing, Product Receipt Process, Product Sales Process, and Report Making Process, namely Product Sales Reports and Supplier Note Reports. In the making proccess, Sales Information System Of Bagus Store Sidoarjo has several necessary stages. The first stage was to collect data and to identify problems by conducting interviews. The second stage was to analyze the existing problems with the Document Flow Diagram and Fishbone Diagram. The third stage was to design the process with the Level Diagram and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). After that, there is also a system design. It consists a database design with a Conceptual Data Model (CDM) that produces 23 entities and a Physical Data Model (PDM) that produced 23 tables with an interface design. The fourth stage was to describe the system by drawing a Flow Chart and to implement it into a web-based system program. The last stage was to test the system in the Bagus Store Sidoarjo. Then, according to the results of the implementation and the system testing, Sales Information System Of Bagus Store Sidoarjo is suitable with the functional requirements of being able to handle business processes easily and efficiently, as well as producing effective and computerized reports.
