Abstract
Anemia merupakan kondisi berkurangnya sel darah merah atau kadar hemoglobin dalam sirkulasi darah. Menurut WHO (2016), jumlah ibu hamil dengan anemia di Indonesia mencapai 41,98%. Anemia selama kehamilan berisiko bagi ibu dan janin karena dapat meningkatkan risiko kematian maternal dan prenatal, angka prematuritas, dan berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR). Tujuan penelitian diketahuinya hubungan antara usia dan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil dengan anemia di Puskesmas Tanah Kali Kedinding Surabaya. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 60 ibu hamil dengan anemia. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji t tidak berpasangan dengan interval kepercayaan 95%. Hasil analisis uji t tidak berpasangan antara kadar hemoglobin dengan usia ibu hamil adalah tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan (p = 0,601 > 0,05) antara usia berisiko (M = 0,82; SD = 0,73) dengan tidak berisiko (M = 0,94; SD = 0,43). Disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil dengan anemia.
