Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is one of the infectious disease and causes the mortality. This disease is caused by some factors, such as agent, host and environtment. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors relating to the pulmonary tuberculosis disease. Method: Search the journals or articles using databases indexed by Pubmed ScienceDirect, and Google Schoolar with adequate keywords. The framework used for review is PICOSP (patients of pulmonary tuberculosis), I (interaction between three component, such as agent, host and environtment), C (none), O (survivor and non survivors), S (Mix Methods Study, Experimental Study, Survey Study, cross sectional and inclusion criteria using English and Indonesian journals with issues from 2015 to 2020. Title, abstract, full text, and methodology were assessed to determine the eligibility of the articles or journals. Result: Some factors causing the pulmonary tuberculosis are age, immunity, job, lifestyle, nutrition, ventilation, lighting and occupancy density. The attempt to reduce the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis is by understanding these factors. Conclusion: Some factors causing the pulmonary tuberculosis are age, immunity, job, lifestyle, nutrition, ventilation, lighting and occupancy density.
