Abstract
Emas adalah komoditi yang banyak diminati oleh berbagai kalangan, tidak hanya masyarakat secara individu, namun juga pemerintah di banyak negara. Sifatnya yang unik membuat emas memiliki nilai ekonomi yang sangat baik dan terbukti empiris handal dalam menghadapi inflasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari harga emas terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi di 3 negara yaitu Indonesia, Malaysia dan Brunei Darussalam. Data yang digunakan merupakan data tahunan sejak tahun 1981 hingga tahun 2019. Penelitian kuantitatif ini mengaplikasikan metode Regresi Data Panel dengan Model Fixed Effect. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa harga emas dunia berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sementara itu, harga emas dunia juga berpengeruh negative signifikan terhadap Inflasi.
