Abstract
Background: The teeth mobility due to gingival recession will be extracted to restore the function of the missing tooth then and is made a immediate dentures. Purpose: To know arrangement technique for immediate denture in gingival recession case with nylon thermoplastic material. Reviews: Immediate dentures can be defined as dentures which can be partial or full dentures which are made or constructed before the natural teeth are extracted, and are inserted immediately after the extraction of the teeth. The insertion and making of the socket is the boundary and depth of the circulation for the labial 3mm and palatal 2mm. Nylon thermoplastic are thermoplastic materials used for the manufacture of dentures that are biocompatible and monomer-free, eliminating the use of metal grips as in other removable partial dentures. Case: Severe gingival recession on teeth 32,33, 42,43,44 and missing teeth 31,34,35,36,37,41,45, and 46. Conclusion: In the mandibular anterior teeth, the teeth were arranged normally and installed in the sockets that had been made by paying attention to the dental arch and adjusting to the opposing teeth. Meanwhile, the mandibular posterior teeth were arranged more buccally to balance and achieve ideal occlusion.
