Abstract
Konsentrasi kepemilikan dapat menentukan cash holding yang dimiliki perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh family ownership terhadap cash holding perusahaan di Indonesia yang dimoderasi oleh board structure mengunakan proxy variabel board size, dan board independence. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2012-2016. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Moderate Regression Analysis menunjukkan bahwa family ownership berpengaruh positif terhadap cash holding. Selain itu, hasil penellitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Board size memperkuat hubungan positif family ownership terhadap cash holding, sedangkan board independence memperlemah hubungan positif family ownership terhadap cash holding.
