Abstract
Latar belakang: Pada gigi geligi yang mengalami kegoyangan akibat resesi gingiva dibuatkan gigi tiruan kerangka logam dengan desain wax-up yang mampu memberikan dukungan tambahan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui desain wax-up pada gigi tiruan kerangka logam dengan kasus resesi gingiva. Kasus: Resesi gingiva pada pada seluruh gigi rahang bawah dan kehilangan gigi 36, 37, 38, 46 dan 47. Kesimpulan: Desain wax-up yang dipergunakan pada gigi tiruan kerangka logam dengan kasus resesi gingiva yaitu desain clasps jenis kontinyu (continuous loop removable splint) yang menyertakan dan menghubungkan seluruh gigi yang ada. Sehingga pada kasus tersebut dibuatkan desain wax-up kerangka logam bentuk lingual bar major connector dengan continuous loop removable splint
