Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of BAZNAS Jawa Timur. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method with the National Zakat Index analysis tool. The research was conducted by giving questionnaires to BAZNAS regarding the data needed and also to mustahik who were the research samples. This study found that BAZNAS Jawa Timur had zakat performance which was included in the fairly good category with an index value of 0.486435. This value is achieved by the Macro Dimensions which have poor performance as seen from the indicators of the zakat institution database where the number of individual and corporate muzakki ratios is still very low. The value of the micro dimension is 0.56205 which is included in the good category. This value was achieved due to the good value of the institutional indicator, in which it was found that the growth collection value of the BAZNAS Jawa Timur was very high and the allocation to collection ratio was also very high, coupled with financial reports that had been audited WTP and published regularly every month through the BAZNAS Jawa Timur official website.
