Abstract

Inkontinensia urin adalah salah satu keluhan yang sering dialami oleh lansia, yang biasanya disebabkan oleh penurunan kekuatan otot dasar panggul. Inkontinensia urin merupakan keluarnya urin yang tidak dapat dikontrol atau dikendalikan secara obyektif dapat diperlihatkan dan merupakan suatu masalah sosial atau higienis. Latihan otot dasar panggul (LODP) adalah salah satu upaya untuk menangani gangguan inkontinensia urin.
