Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial distress terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kedua, mengetahui peran good corporate governance dalam memoderasi hubungan antara financial distress dengan nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2017-2019. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Terdapat 116 sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial distress berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain itu, good corporate governance mampu memoderasi pengaruh financial distress terhadap nilai perusahaan.
