Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of quality, risk, price, trust, and familiarity on the intention of buying organic food in Y generation in Surabaya. This research uses Multiple Linear regression analysis technique to analyze data. The population in this research is Y generation community in Surabaya. The sample size is 100 people. The findings of this study show: 1) Quality has significant to the intention of buying organic food in Y generation in Surabaya. 2) The risk does not have significant effect on the intention of buying organic food in Y generation in Surabaya. 3) Price has significant to the intention to buy organic food in Y generation in Surabaya. 4) Trust has no significant effect on the intention of buying organic food in Y generation in Surabaya. 5) Familiarity has significant to the intention of buying organic food in Y generation in Surabaya.
