Abstract
Saat ini peran Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIO) sangat diharapkan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintah yang baik dan bersih, akan tetapi banyak kecurangan dan berbagai praktek pelanggaran etika dan hukum yang mengakibatkan kerugian negara tidak berhasil diungkapkan oalh APIP melainkan diungkap oleh pihak di lua organisasi,Peneltian ini bertujian untuk menguji pengaruh level penalaran moral dan konflikperan terhadap perilaku whistleblowing APIP.
