Abstract
Ternyata kebijaksanaan perubahan rotasi waktu kerja menghindarkan Perusahaan Tekstil Wastra Indah untuk memberhentikan buruhnya. Ternyata campur tangan pemerintah sangat membantu Perusahaan Tekstil Wastra Indah dalam "negosiasi" (perundingan)
