Abstract

Hemorrhoids are a vascular structures in the pleksus hemoroidalis which is a physiological condition, the pathological or piles are when they are bringing a symptom. They become pathological or piles when swollen or inflamed This hemorrhoid medical patient case has a symptom outward bulging in rectum and often accompanied by swelling and itching, rectal bleeding and hot sensation while defecation. A number of factors may lead to formstions of hemorrhoids in this medical patient including irregular diet (too much eat a spicy food) and too much lift a heavy stuff, it increased intra abdominal pressure (prolonged straining). This medical patient belong to external hemorrhoids and included on heat syndrom in differentiation syndrom of traditional chinese medicine. Hemorrhoids can handle combination of accupunctllre and herbs. The principle of therapy are clearing damp heat, strength the spleen and care all of the organs that related to hemorrhoid The acupuncture therapy are separated in 3 section 4 times per each. The accupoints are Erbai, Chengsan (BL 57), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Quchi (LJ 11), Pishu (BL 20) and moxa on Baihui (GV 20). The herbs that the patient receive is a decoxtion simplisia of grapthophyli folium with gr in dise and it decox with 800 ml water and reduce in 600 mi. The herbs are consumption 3 times a day 200 ml per each. The results of this case is give evidence that for 24 days therapy with accupuncture and herbs, it 's just relieve the symplomp. The pro/aps didn 'I change yel. If the patients receive therapy consecutively, precise, discipline, consistent and if the therapy had a longer time it will be optimal. From the explanation above the acupuncture points Erbai, Chengsan (BL 57), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Quchi (LJ 11), Pishu (BL 20), Baihui (GV 20) and also a decoxtion simplisia of grapthophyli folium is not able to care the prolaps in hemorrhoid case.
