Abstract
The study was atout the personality traits among ado¬lescent in Panti Asuhan Putra Putra Pahlawan ABRI and Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Surabaya. It was carried out during the month of Nopember to December 1988. Subjects devided into turo groups of parent loss befo¬re age 5 and after 6 years. The results of this study suggest.that early parental loss have. an important im¬pact on personality'traits as measured by MMPI-scores. The finding is statistically.significant..
