Abstract

Laboratory research utilizes natural raw - material extracted from plant imbo (Azadirachta indica A-Juss). Hexane fraction ( H ) and Ethyl acetate fraction ( E ) of Azadirachta indica A-Juss leaf content active compound azadirachtine, saponine, and nimbolide. This compound has bioinsecticide to Lernaea cyprinacea L. The samples divided in two groups randomly which each group consist of three dosage Hexane fraction (H) 70 ppm, 80 ppm, 90 ppm, dosage control and three dosage Ethyl acetate fraction ( E ) 90 ppm, 100 ppm, 110 ppm, dosage control with six replications. The research utilizes Randomyzed Analysed Completed (One Way) and data was analyzed with ANA VA (Analysis of Variance) test method. Each group was given, some layers were given 30 times, seven days after treatment. The result of each fraction have a died enfluence at ectoparasite and amount of seed fish that life. The higher drug dosage is cause many ektoparasit dead, also followed amount of seed fish that life. And the result of each fraction have a died enfluence at ectoparasite with correlation amount of seed fish that life.
