Abstract
Hypertension is a common disease in the community. Hypertension is also a risk factor of cardiovascular disease. The prevention can be done to prevent the hypertensive by doing nonpharmacological therapies are ergonomics gymnastics.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ergonomics gymnastic on decreasing of blood pressure in patient with hypertension in Tanjungsari district ofTrosobo in Sidoarjo.
