Abstract

An experiment had been carried out to compare the effect of immun respon of parafin-lanolin and M~anide ISA 206 in HS vaccine in Rabbit. For this experiment it had been prepared two kind of HS vaccine using the same resourses of P . Multocida Suspension. First formula, used parafin lanolin as adjuvan and the second formula used montanide ISA 206 as adjuvan . Rabbits were divided in to three group and each group contain 10 heads of Rabbits. First group of each Rabbit was injected parafin lanolin HS vaccine (Pl). Second group was injected montanide ISA 206 HS vaccine (P2). And the third group as a control (P3). Antibody titer was measured by ELISA technique every week up to forth week. The protection was examined by Passive mouse Protection Test (PMPT) at the forth week. And germinal centre size of lymph node and spleen also examined at forth week. The result indicate that there are significant increasing of germinal centre of lymph node and spleen in both parafin lanolin HS vaccine and montanide !SA 206 HS vaccine injection. But there was no significant deferences effect between the two adjuvant. There was no an increase of antibody titer at one week post vaccination. But at two until four week post vaccination, there were an significant increase of antibody titer in both Pl and P2. Antibody titer in P2 was significantly higher than in Pl.
