Abstract

Supervision is the most important to supporting managerial system because the Iack of supervision influence the nursing care implementation. The aim of this research was studing correlation between supervision and nursing care implemantation In General Ilospital Dompu Regency This research is using cross sectional design. The respondent are 37 respondents that collected by using clauster samping. The independent variables supervision and the idependent variables is nursing care implementation. The data was collected by using questioner and observation and the result analyzed with Spearman's Rho correlation, with significance level at a S 0.05. The result of this research should was a corrclation between supervision and nursing care implementation with significance level at p = 0.001, r= 0.529. It can be concluded that there was correlation between supervision and nursing care implementation. To incrase the nursing care implementation need stanciard of and supervition's implementation. Training and education increase the nurses knowledge by giving.
