Abstract

Motivation was one of factor that influence learning process. The level of motivation study both depend on internal factor also eksternal factor that consist of class condition, quality of study, and interpersonal relation to increase learning motivation that can increase their study achievement. The purpose of this research was analyse learning motivation in program A students year 2006-2008 Nursing Faculty, Airlangga University. This research used analytic descriptive design with cross sectional study that was conducted in program A students year 2006-2008 Nursing Faculty Airlangga University since August 12-18 2009. The populations were program A students year 2006-2008. Sample taking method by simple rand.)m sampling. Sampling amount was 76 students. The results showed that student motivation study, quality category, class condition, and interpersonal relationship at low category. Correlation analysis both quality and student motivation study showed no correlation. Correlation analysis both class condition and student motivation study, interpersonal relationship with student motivation study, and student motivation studv with study achievement showed that no correlation in each students year. It can be concluded, there were no factor related to motivation study of program A students year 2006-2008 in Nursing Faculty Airlangga University'. From the results, it can be reccomended to Nursing Faculty Airlangga University to evaluate learning process in class and motivation study of students.
