Abstract

Accident and deseases in job activities are undesirable things can happened in companies. Unsafe human act and unsafe condition are main core problem which caused occur in accident. This research aim to analized the correlation of unsafe human act and unsafe condition with occur in accident caused job activities. Research regand to cross sectional design. The sampling method is purposive sampling with totality sample 38 respondences. The independent variable is unsafe human act and unsafe conditions, and dependent variable is occur in accident. The datas analized by non parametik test correlation of spearman rho, in significancy degree ρ < 0,05. The statistic result show knowledge of employees (ρ: 0,000), SOP (ρ: 0,044), APD (ρ: 0,044), tired of employees (ρ: 0,000), unsafe condition (0,037). The statistical test result there is significancy between unsafe human act and unsafe condition with occur incident. It be concluede that unsafe human act and of unsafe condition can improve risk occur accident coused job activities so unsafe human act and unsafe condition must be minimalized to avoid occur in accident.
