Abstract

Study motivation in clinic order on university nursing student among university student is very important, because motivation is one of the factor that influence study achievement At learning process in clinic, which has role in clinic guidance process in clinic instructor. Because of that, it is needed application strategy model clinic model that is clear, and according to the standard. That's why, the writer is interested in seeing relation between strategy application of clinic guidance with learning motivation of student in clinic order. This research is using cross sectional design, using non probability sampling by purposive sampling technique and sample amount of 48 university student. The data processing is by questionnaires, and analyzed by using Speannann' s Rho statistic test with level of significance of0,005. The result of research shows that application strategy guidance clinic that is less causing studying or learning motivation of student become less and it is founded the medium relation between two variables, by p = 0,000 and r = 0,487. Seeing this fact it could be concluded that strategy guidance clinic which it used according to the standard has a medium relation with increasing of study learning of student at clinic order in matter of interest and attention , reaction toward stimulus, spirit and faith, responsibility, also happy and satisfaction feeling.
