Abstract
Hardship adalah peristiwa perubahan keadaan yang tidak dapat diperkirakan terjadi, yang secara mendasar mempengaruhi keseimbangan kontrak akibat dari biaya pelaksanaan kontrak suatu pihak telah meningkat atau nilai pelaksanaan kontrak yang akan diterima suatu pihak telah berkurang. Namun perubahan keadaan yang terjadi dalam hardship tidak mustahil untuk dilaksanakan, hanya memberatkan salah satu pihak dari segi komersil.
