Abstract

The Clean and Healthy Behavior is a useful thing to support society autonomy especially in the school environment to have a behavior clean and healthy. Up till now, the realization of the Clean and Healthy Behavior in Magersari Elementary School is-not realized well yet, and it is- inclined less- attention from the society, because less of awareness in caring of self and school environment healthy. This research uses descriptive design with cross section approach. Population in this research is all of people that have relationship in the realization of the Clean and Healthy Behavior in Magersari Elementary School. They are all of the students (544 students), the headmaster (one person), all of the teachers and the functionaries (25 persons), and the officfal employee of Local Government Clinic in Sidoarjo, in healthy environment division (one -person). The sample of students is taken by random sampling technique, they are 54 students, while for the other sample is using t()tal sampling~ Tht! ci_ata is proc(!ss~d by d~scriptiv~ from qu(!sti()ner an<i observation result. The research result shows us the school factor and health service institution have support enough the realization of the Clean and Healthy Behavior, while the realization of the Clean and Healthy Behavior in Magersari Elementary School includes in less strata category. The school factor has support enough the realization of the Clean and Healthy Behavior, but it does not make the Clean and Healthy Behavior in the school become better yet because the school factor is dominant factor is compared with the others factor that determined good or not the realization of the Clean and Healthy Behavior in Magersari Elementary school.
