This study is aimed to find out the conversational features, in this case invitation sequences, offer sequences and request sequences used by students in English Department Faculty of Humanities Airlangga University and investigate whether there are any choices in the ways of producing the sequences in the informal conversation situation. Through this study, the writer wants to compare the ways of producing invitations, offers and requests which are used in Javanese language (which done by students of English Department F acuity of Humanities Airlangga University) and English language (CA data). By looking at the way of producing the structural organization of sequences in informal conversation, this may lead the writer to find the answer whether there are any significance similarities and differences in the sequences structure occurs in Javanese conversation. The results seem to indicate that the pre-sequence provide an opportunity for the prospective sequence. The significance differences that occurs in the collected data are the structural context of the conversation, the way the speaker responding the sequences.
