Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the influence of post menopause women urine injection which suspect containing of human Menopause Gonadotropin (HMG) as a honnone that could be influence the weight and the thickness of female mice uterus wall. Research design was used in this research was complete randomized design (CRD). Thirdty mature female mice has an average weight 35 gram was divided by random into five group and repeated six times. PO was injected with 0,1 NaCI fisiologis. PI, P2, P3 and P4 was injected with 0,1, 0,2, 0,3 and 0,4 ml of urine respectively. The treatment was done in 10 days and the result analyzed by F test. The result showed that there was no influence of post menopause women urine injection to the weight uterus, but give influence to the thick of mice uterus.
