Abstract
Nutrition Care Process (NCP) dikenal dengan istilah PAGT (Proses Asuhan Gizi Terstandar) adalah sebuah pendekatan sistematik dalam memberikan pelayanan asuhan gizi yang berkualitas, dilakukan oleh tenaga gizi yang sudah terakreditasi dan memiliki izin praktik, melalui serangkaian aktifitas yang sistematis dan terorganisir. Kemenkes (2014) menyatakan bahwa kegiatan PAGT terdiri dari kegiatan identifikasi kebutuhan gizi hingga pemberian pelayanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi pasien.
