Abstract

An infant with low weight birth (BBLR) is a newborn baby with body weight less than 2500 gram. This BBLR group needs more treatment accurately toward their physiological changes that is experienced by an infant with adaptabilit'j period in transition period. This special treatment needs isolated treatment (not integrated treatment) so that bonding can be resisted. It can stimulate worrying, that is a psychological responses by mother post maternity. To known how far the correlation between BBlR condition with psychological in parturition room of RS UD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Data taking in last July 2002 to middle of August 2002.
