Abstract

The aim of this research was to know the role of goat seminal plasma crude protein to quality of spermatozoa with parameter of motility, viability and membrane integrity of spermatozoa. This research needs fresh semen from PE goats aged 2 — 3 year old, goat seminal plasma crude protein, condensation of HOS (hypo osmotic swelling), Physiology NaCl, medium of BO (Brackett And Oliphant's), eosin and eosin-negrosin colorants. This research use three treatment, which is condensation of NaCl physiological as control (P0), rate protein crude 2,5 mg (P1) and rate protein crude 3,5 mg (P2). Goat semen is checked by macroscopic and microscopic. Later; Then semen to be given treatment and checked motility, viability and membrane integrity of spermatozoa at minute to 30, 45 and 60. The result of this research show goat seminal plasma crude protein can maintain motility, viability and membrane integrity of spermatozoa if compared with control group (P0).Degradation on the quality of spermatozoa at minute to 30 significant difference (p<O, 05) with minute at 45 and 60
