Abstract

Nowadays, nursing profession is demanded to develop appropriate withprofession that t,>ives a professional serving. Professional is showed by skill ofphysical examination especially to the Toddler Kid. The physical examination that isdone by nurses including inspection, palpation., percussion, and auscultation. Thetechnique of physical examination use head to toe method.Implementation of physical examination to the toddler kids is done on kid'sroom in Gambiran hospital involved all nurses on kid's room that is amount of 13thnurses. The design uses a sectional cross. A questioner is used to coHect some datasince June 12 - June 18th. The data is analyzed with SPSS; chi square test with thescale of significance is P .s 0,05.Based of Fisher test. the education and implementation of physicalexamination tactors is P = 0,041, the difference mean is 1 and the value of nursingwork charge and implementation of physical examination is P = OA27 that is higherthan 0,05. A nurse psychomotor and implementation of physical examination is P -=0,200 that is higher than 0,05 and the nurse behavior and physical examination is0,253 that is higher than 0,05.Based of analyzing data and hypothesis, we can make conclusion that is anyrelationship betw·een education and implementation of physical examination (HI canbe accepted) and there is no relationship benveen psychomotor and nurse behavior(HI can be accepted).
